APOPO - Public Fundraising Manager / Digital Platform Manager (JUN14 to AUG16)
Responsible for the online marketing platform (Joomla website, CiviCRM donor management solution, Freshdesk online helpdesk) including integrations to current and previous online payment solutions (single and recurring payments using Paypal and credit cards, multi-currency/multi-acquirer for US and EU donations). Also responsible for fundraising revenue from public individual donations, targeting a global audience with a digital fundraising offering.
APOPO - CRM Coordinator (JAN14 to MAY14)
Setting up CiviCRM to correctly integrate with internal (website) and external donation channels for one-off and recurring donations. Extend gamification offering linked to recurring donations.
delius BVBA - Owner and General Manager (JUL03 to DEC13)
Started a company specializing in online communication and fundraising, providing websites and web applications as well as advise on fundraising and communication strategy, using open source technology (PHP/Mysql, Joomla CMS, CiviCRM).

Developed delius into a 10-man team and became the leading provider of online fundraising tools for most Belgian non-profits such as UNICEF, AZG/MSF, Oxfam Solidarity, Plan Belgium, Vredeseilanden and others, and becoming the prime technology partner for emergency aid consortium 12-12. Started ikwilhelpen.be, Belgium’s first online fundraising portal (Trends ICT Award 2005), later moved into i-doo, a joint venture with Adfinitas/ifunds.
i2 Technologies - Director Lifecycle Services (AUG02 to JUL03)
Responsible for generating maintenance renewal and architecture upgrade revenue from i2’s EMEA customer base, including customers such as British Steel, LVMH, Philips, Siemens and Airbus. Combination of pre-sales (defining suitable upgrade proposals for existing customers) and sales (assistance in preparing and presenting pitches), with an overall revenue target of $30M.
i2 Technologies - EMEA Customer Support Director (AUG97 to JUL02)
Responsible for setting up the EMEA Customer Support organization, managing a team of Support Consultants (16 EMEA-based and 9 global (US/India) staff), handling diagnosis of complex issues with supply chain modeling and planning solutions. Enjoyed every minute of it, working with a great team of very smart people. Grew the operation to $37M revenue, supporting 260 factory, supply chain and demand planning installations for 23 different products.

Participated in proposal writing and contract negotiation, in support of product and consulting sales. Participated in product and implementation QA/test development. Member of the EMEA PMO team responsible for project QA monitoring. Co-developed i2’s global online customer support portal.
